USE YOUR IPAD FOR PRODUCTIVITY NOW!

When we think about our devices, whether it’s our phones, computers, or tablets, we don’t usually think about how they can bring about focus. Usually we associate our technology with the opposite things like social media spirals, Netflix binges, hours of watching YouTube, getting spammed by new emails and messages, etc.

In this blog we are going to give you/highlight some of the ways you can turn your iPad into a productivity machine. Here are 4 ways to use your IPad to boost focus and productivity;

Digital Planning and journaling

The main reason why many people even own iPad is for digital planning. The ideal process is to plan for the next day the night before. That way, when you wake up the next day, you’ve set an intention of what tasks you’ll work on.

You simply download free or pay for a planning template from different digital planning sites and YouTubers and use your writing app of choice (notability and goodnotes are the most popular, but almost any can work) and get into planning your tasks, time blocking and scheduling other projects.

Same goes for journaling you simply download templates and get to work and the best part about having an iPad is how you can have thousands of books but they are all packed in a slim tablet.

Keeping Track of Milestones and Quotes

With an iPad you can constantly keep track of milestones you take in life, maybe you’re on a weight loss journey or are trying to jot down ideas for a story or so many different things.

The fact that you can slide out a little quick note at the corner of your screen and quickly put in what you have to and go back to working is super convenient.

If you have fuzzy memory you can just jot down whatever you need to remember or feel and you’ll know it’s safely stored in your device unlike with small pieces of paper like sticky notes they can easily get lost.

Reading and Taking Notes

The convenience of reading a book on the Books app or the Kindle app on my iPad is incredible. Highlighting is super easy and way faster than it is on the actual Kindle. And is more seamless than with physical books.

For taking notes while reading, you can use split screen and have the book on the left, and a notes app on the right to take handwritten or typed notes.

You can read anywhere and at anytime because you’re not limited to time of the day and space, if you’re going to the library you don’t have to carry around a bag full of books, pens, highlighters etc you just need the iPad and Apple Pencil.

Focused Writing

The iPad is easily the best place to get focused writing done. If you get an Apple keyboard you get the ability to fold the keyboard all the way back on itself so that you could easily switch between typing mode and drawing/planning/handwriting mode.

The fact that you have all the notebooks you can have for different subjects/courses as close as a click away and all the pen, eraser, highlighter options are all in your device. If you have any work that has to be submitted online you simply work on your iPad and send the work out. No need to scan or anything.

I’m conclusion, there are so many ways to use the iPad for very productive purposes and recreational activities (even at the same time) we recommend that you take a look at the iPads on our website as well as other blogs on iPads to see more of why we advise people to get one!
